What better way to celebrate National Chemistry Week and the 150th anniversary of the American Chemical Society than with a little chemistry, a lot of chocolate, and some sweet science?
Please join the Erie ACS on Thursday, October 29, for our Science Café, “The Sweet Science of Chocolate & Confections”!
We are delighted to welcome Tony Stefanelli, owner of Romolo Chocolates and Master Confectioner, who will share the chemistry, creativity, and craftsmanship behind some of our favorite treats. Tony’s presentation will take place at Sugar at Romolo Chocolates, located at 1525 West 8th Street, Erie, PA 16505, beginning at 6:30 p.m. And, of course, what would a chocolate-themed chemistry event be without a little taste testing? Chocolate samples will be provided!
